Caza is one of the most representative names in science fiction of recent decades, playing on a par with Druillet and Moebius. Before joining them in Métal Hurlant, Caza was published successively by Losfeld, the publisher of Barbarella, and in Pilote with urban stories far removed from his preferred field. He has illustrated numerous SF classics for Opta and J'ai Lu. He's an essential reference in the field, thanks to his sophisticated drawing tinged with eroticism.
