Until now, we thought that the "sporty" biker swore by big bikes. In this plate, however, Manchzeck and Guido watch with bleak indifference as the 900 Japauto, Lamborghini Countach and 1200 Münch Mammut, one after the other, stop at the traffic lights in front of them. Suddenly, against all odds, there they are, raving about a tiny Honda, just 70 cm3 in size. But what could be the source of their sudden interest in frail petrollettes?
"I guess my four lads, or at least these two, don't just have a passion for big pistons. And those who took them for frustrated creatures, only attracted by powerful machines, are in for a surprise. In any case, I took great pleasure in caricaturing these machines. Especially the Münch Mammut. It's already quite spectacular in person, but here I've turned it into a monster. And a thousand apologies for the photocopies! I took the liberty of this dubious procedure because, to make the gag as effective as possible, it was vital that, before the arrival of the blonde, the two bikers' apathetic expressions and slumped posture didn't vary a quarter of a hair. This was to make it clear to the reader that, no matter how extravagant the machines they were watching, Guido and Manchzeck felt exactly the same disdain for each of them."
