Created in 1992 for L'Association, the character of Lapinot became a hero of the Poisson Pilote collection in 1995, inaugurating a humorous saga of highly mastered drawing, with a scenario that changes register according to the author's whims. Strongly influenced by role-playing, his albums are structured as sketch stories in which the author's caustic wit is often exercised with ferocity. Lapinot and his gang of friends - Richard, Pierrot, Titi and Nadia - sometimes cross over into other albums by the author, but also, in parody stories, into great classics such as Spirou or Asterix.
